The Perfume Shop introduces new experiential counter

The Perfume Shop has announced the addition of a new and improved experiential counter in Superdrug, Clarence Street, Kingston.

The counter features a brand new layout with a digital screen and personalised ribbon machine. This will be supported by upgraded services including The Perfume Shop’s signature expert fragrance consultations and complimentary gift wrapping.

To promote the new experiential counter, The Perfume Shop offered a free bottle of fragrance to the first 30 customers who spent over £60 in store.

The new counter is the latest innovation from The Perfume Shop following the implementation of a new sustainability initiative from the brand. In efforts to reduce energy consumption by 30% by 2030 (based on figures from 2015), the brand is refitting stores with energy efficient LED lighting throughout, and recently introduced a new recycling scheme, where customers can receive a 15% discount after dropping off empty perfume bottles.

Erica Burt, Area Manager of The Perfume Shop, says: “We’re excited to reveal our new experiential counter within Superdrug, Kingston. The Perfume Shop offers so much and more to the customer. From fragrance consultations, personalised ribbon machines, complimentary gift wrapping, there’s something for everyone.”
